Plot:

Laly is an interior design graduate who, because of lack of opportunity in her chosen field, works as a supervisor in the shoe department of a mall. She is a sweet-natured woman who has Freddieboy, an opportunities arty guy, for a boyfriend. Laly is indebted to her cousin with the amount of twenty thousand pesos and in order to pay her debt, she accepts the proposal for her to do the interior design of her cousin's future home. With this deal comes an additional package-she has to buy her cousin's fiance a birthday present. Laly obligingly accedes to her cousin's simple request not knowing that this will make her rethink about the idea of loving and being loved.

Ningning, Laly's cousin and best friend, works as a receptionist in a hotel in Thailand. She asks Laly to buy her boyfriend a birthday gift hoping that this will help her out of her dilemma. She is engaged to her boyfriend in the Philippines and yet, she falls for the British manager of their hotel. Ningning wants to call her engagement off, but she could not afford to break the heart of the man she has promised to marry. Now, she hatches a plan to bring two people close to her together. But she discovers that playing cupid is not easy especially if one does it for two people who are relunctantly in love.

King, a mechanical engineer, is Ningning's boyfriend. King has a single goal in life and that is to marry the woman he really loves. He has three main passions: his work, his commitment to a relationship and...music. King is the Videoke King. Not only because he always get an almost perfect score whenever he sings in the videoke, but because he has always lived his life as though he was following a videoke bouncing ball, which guides a singer when to sing and when to take a pause. True enough, King never fails to sing to the rhythm of the bouncing ball whether in love or in life. His principle is simple, live by the rules and you get a good life, just like in the videoke, follow the bounce of the ball and you get a 99...

...Until Laly came. More than just doing the interior design of the Antipolo house that King wished to offer to Ningning, Laly taught him that adhering to the do's and don'ts may give one a placid life but it would not necessarily make one really happy. In the same way that following the bouncing ball would assure one a high score in the videoke but this would not necessarily make one a really good singer.

Indeed, music and love make the world go round. But a perfect melody is heard only by one who has found one's true love.
