Laly is an interior design graduate who, because of lack of opportunity in her chosen field, works as a supervisor in the shoe department of a mall. She is a sweet-natured woman who has Freddieboy, an opportunities arty guy, for a boyfriend. Laly is indebted to her cousin with the amount of twenty thousand pesos and in order to pay her debt, she accepts the proposal for her to do the interior design of her cousin's future home. With this deal comes an additional package-she has to buy her cousin's fiance a birthday present. Laly obligingly accedes to her cousin's simple request not knowing that this will make her rethink about the idea of loving and being loved.

"Ay Ayeng," a film which tackles the indigenous life of the Ifugaos in the hinterlands of Mountain Province, has premiered in Hawaii.
Young actress Heart Evangelista who plays the title role was busy with other commitments so she could not make it to Hawaii in time for the gala showing.
The film's other stars, beauty queen and actress Maria Isabel Lopez and actor Jao Mapa attended the event.
"It was a success. Ang daming dumating na mga Fil-Am sa Hawaii Theater kung saan din ginawa ang premiere showing ng ‘Caregiver’ ni Sharon Cuneta," said Lopez.
"Sayang nga, wala si Heart. Ang dami pa namang mga Filipino sa Hawaii na naghanap sa kanya," she added.
Lopez wore an Igorot-inspired costume at the premiere night. She said "Ay Ayeng" was a celebrated movie among migrant Filipino workers in Hawaii because it traces the origins of many Ifugaos who are now based in the US.

Free-spirited and money-hungry Jasmine is all set to leave for Hong Kong with her new Chinese lover when her Congreesman-benefactor Facundo decides to have his "return of investment."
Forced to comply, she has no choice but to give in to his demands.
Hunky actor Diego is eyeing one of the talents on his movie set, Angela, a naive-looking extra.
As he begins manipulating events to get her in bed, he also remains in touch with his bestfriend Pons, a handsome advertising executive.
He, too, is out to get the girl he met in Boracay, Vicky.

Arah (Angel Locsin) dreams of a better life— different from the life she knows in Bukidnon.
Ranches everywhere are closing one by one.
